Welcome to BRAVO RENT A CAR. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our car rental services, located in Alajuela, Costa Rica. By renting a vehicle from us, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use BRAVO RENT A CAR’s services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Rental Agreement
- The rental agreement between BRAVO RENT A CAR and the customer will be finalized upon the collection of the vehicle. This agreement outlines specific terms including rental duration, charges, and obligations of both parties.
Driving License and Age Requirement
- The renter and any additional drivers must possess a valid driving license. Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
Vehicle Use
- The rented vehicle shall not be used for illegal purposes, racing, off-roading, or towing. It should be operated in a manner consistent with reasonable driving practices.
Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance is mandatory. Additional insurance coverage is available and may be purchased at the time of rental. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle up to the amount specified in the rental agreement.
Rental Fees and Charges
- All charges, including rental fees, security deposits, and any additional charges, are detailed in the rental agreement. Charges will be processed as per the terms agreed upon at the start of the rental period.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies and any applicable refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund and Returns Policy.
Vehicle Return
- The vehicle must be returned on the date and at the location specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional charges.
Data Protection
- Personal information collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- BRAVO RENT A CAR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
