Welcome to BRAVO RENT A CAR, located in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Our commitment to customer satisfaction includes a clear and fair policy regarding refunds and vehicle returns. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to the following terms:
Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before rental start: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hours before rental start: 50% of the rental fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No Show: No refund will be issued.
Early Return
- If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed-upon rental period, there will be no refund for the unused days.
Rental Extension
- If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date. The extension is subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
Refunds for Service Issues
- If you experience a service issue, please report it immediately to our customer service team at info@bravorentacarcr.com. Refunds or partial refunds for service issues are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Vehicle Condition on Return
- The vehicle must be returned to the same condition as it was rented, barring normal wear and tear. Charges will apply for any damage or excessive dirtiness.
Fuel Policy
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, a refueling charge will apply.
Late Returns
- Returns later than the agreed-upon time may incur additional charges. Please inform us if you anticipate a late return.
Deposit Refunds
- Deposits are refunded after the vehicle inspection upon return. It may take up to [X days] for the refund to be processed.
Jurisdiction
- This policy is governed by the laws of Costa Rica and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Alajuela, Costa Rica.
